Bobby's Birthday!

Another year and another card.  I made this card using Kenny Kiernan's Buggin's Drummer digital stamp.  I used my Dylusions sprays to make my background.

This is my answer to the Tiddly Inks DT Call.  Their images are adorable and so sweet!  I used a Tim Holtz Tag and sprayed the background with Dylusions sprays.  The Anchors are from the stencil from Prima Marketing.  The Tiddly Inks Digi Stamp I used is called Bathing Beauty and can be found here.  The twine is My Minds Eye.
